Return & Exchange Policy – Store Credit or Exchange Only

At Iron & Ivy Activewear, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

✅ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
✅ Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase.
✅ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

❌ All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
❌ Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
❌ Swimwear, undergarments, and accessories.
❌ Gift cards and promotional items.

How to Return or Exchange

• Bring your item(s) and proof of purchase to the store within 14 days.

• If eligible, you may choose an exchange for another item or receive store credit for the original purchase amount.

• Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future in-store purchase.
